This blog is made in the hope of inspiring you to believe that healthy food can be fun, easy, quick and very simple to make. This blog is not intended to convert anyone to follow a plant based diet, but simply a blog where I share my creations as a hobby cook with a strong passion for healthy nutrition. If you try some of the recipes and make only a few healthier variations to your current diet, it is already a big step forward. We are all on our individual paths and I would be thrilled to inspire any one of you, no matter what your current state is:)
All the recipes are egg-dairy-meat and wheat free and most of them are gluten free as well. I don’t spend much time in the kitchen, so I promise you that the recipes will be quick and tasty :) You can replace almost all "traditional" ingredients with healthier ones, which will make you feel amazing :)
