Post workout smoothie



Hi there.

I have done today a HIIT workout combined with strength training :) Ahhh.. I love the feeling after a good workout.  This is the smoothie I have done right after the workout :) 

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp Maca powder
- 1 tsp raw cocoa
- 1 tbsp pea protein powder with vanilla taste
- 450 ml filtered water
- a bit of cinnamon

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until everything is well combined and smooth :)
