Green mango smoothie



- 1 handful of Swiss chard
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 small handful of parsley
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 1 tsp spirulina (optional)
- 1 small apple
- 1 small pear
- 1/2 of a bigger mango, frozen
- 1/2 tsp grounded flax-seeds 
- water


Start blending Swiss chard, spinach and parsley with the water. When combined, add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
